2 Required Modules

Individual and Group Perceptions

How you act is directly linked to your past experiences and resolutions of similar situations. Examine how individual and team perceptions are determined by factors affecting attention, construction, interpretation, and attitudes.

Learn about the influences on and causes for these perceptions in Abraham Maslow's theory of the hierarchies of need, Clay Alderfer's adaptation of it into ERG, and David McClelland's learned needs theory.

Individual and Team Behaviour

Examine the nature of teams, stages of team development, and rules and roles in teams. Consider how these ideas could positively impact team effectiveness.
