The Nature of Change in Business

A company that resists change will stagnate, lose its market share, and eventually disappear. Examine the nature of change in business, the three-part change cycle in business, and reasons for possible failure.

Change Roles and Attitudes

Corporate change can affect the roles and attitudes of everyone in the business. Examine leadership roles, employee roles, resistance, interventions to reduce reluctance, and ways to monitor and evaluate the change.

Causing and Managing Change

Examine differences within corporate, legislative, market, and media stimulus for change, as well as strategies for managing such change.

Developing a Personal Change Strategy

Develop a strategy for creating, implementing, and continually assessing your own personal change vision. Examine the relation of different personality types to life-long learning and possible barriers.
