Learn financial basics for non-financial managers, including key financial and accounting terminology. 
  • The fundamentals of reading and understanding financial statements
  • The primary sources of capital
  • The effect of various work activities on the financial health of an organization
  • The three important financial reports: balance sheets, income statements (also known as profit-and-loss statements), and cash-flow statements
