Share |

How do you ensure the continued prosperity and health of your brokerage? Through effective and efficient producers. Producers bring in important new revenue and raise your brokerage’s commission base—adding significantly to the future book value of your business. Elite Force—Best Practices Producer Academy is tailored to your needs as a brokerage principal and to the needs of your producers. The comprehensive program enhances knowledge and skills in key business building areas, from goal setting and prospecting, to landing new accounts and securing renewals

Course Objectives

For producers and would-be producers, this specialized IBAC sales program helps build new revenue, raise the brokerage's commission base, and add significantly to the future book value of the company—all while you earn the status of Associate in Insurance Production Canada (AIPC).

30 CE credits for General licences

Benefits to Brokers

Acquire a breadth and depth of learning through direct teaching by industry experts, reference materials, case studies, real-life application, and mentoring that will provide knowledge and experience to serve and your brokerage for years to come:
  • Effectively set, track, and measure goals
  • Understand, identify, and improve interactions with different personality types
  • Improve ability to identify and reach target markets
  • Build confidence in conducting sales calls and presentations
  • Manage time, stress, and conflict
  • Develop stronger relationships with customers
  • Negotiate win-win solutions in closing sales
  • Enjoy an ongoing network of mutual Producer Academy support that continues to inform and inspire

Benefits to Employers

The investment made in sponsoring a student will return handsome rewards over time. In fact, most brokerages realize ten times the cost of the program within a year in increased commissions. When you factor in the cumulative commissions over five years, the immediate benefits become crystal clear. The book value of the brokerage could well increase by one hundred times the initial investment (based on 2.5 times revenue).

Course Design, Dates, and Location

Class size is limited to maximize the learning experience.

This annual intensive 12-day insurance sales training program for producers is delivered by IBAC to provincial association members and is held three days per quarter in downtown Toronto.

The course is divided into quarters so that you can apply what you learn and track the results.
