Licensing Level 1 Live Online Evening Course Description

30.0 CE credits for General and Adjuster licences

Prepare for the Alberta Insurance Council (AIC) Level 1 General exam, or obtain study material for the AIC Adjuster exam with this introductory Licensing course.

Spaced over 10 classes, this online course has a live instructor and accessible recordings that allow you to review a class (or catch up if you missed one). The mix provides the perfect opportunity for those who already have a daytime commitment but want to become a licensed insurance broker.

The course textbook (Fundamentals of Insurance, shipped with all registrations) includes Alberta-specific materials and up-to-date licensing requirements. Registration also includes practice quizzes and exams.

A passing grade or a minimum of 75% attendance entitles you to continuing education credits. If you don't qualify through attendance, download your passing grade from the AIC website and email it to Rob Barnes (rbarnes@ibaa.ca).
