Joe Murphy, CCIB, CIP (Facilitator)

Joe started Alongside Coaching and Consulting in 2019 after spending 38 years in the insurance brokerage business throughout Western Canada, working in small, medium and large offices. Joe has worked in most areas including Marketing, Account Management, Sales Management and Branch Leadership. He has received Summit North Award for Sales Achievement on multiple occasions and has copped the President Club Award for Sales Leadership several times as well. He is now completing a Certificate in Leadership Studies in which he focuses on coaching, mentoring and group facilitation. 


Joe’s vision for Alongside is to provide brokers with new and innovative skills in leadership and sales that will help drive personal and corporate excellence.
