Melanie Needham, FCIP, CRM (facilitator)

With over 20 years' experience in the insurance industry, Melanie has held various positions including management, underwriting, risk management, and business analyst. As a facilitator (licensing courses in Ontario, as well as CIP and CRM courses across Canada), Melanie was awarded the Insurance Institute’s Instructor of the Year award numerous times and the national Emerging Leader award (2011). She is the president of MRD Training and Consulting Inc. and is highly respected in the industry.
