The Directors and Officers ('D&O') Liability Policy has been designed to provide coverage for the financial consequences of directors' and officers' personal liability arising out of such acts, errors, and omissions.
  • Examine types of business organization, duties and responsibilities of directors, and their need for protection.
  • Overview the D&O policy and some common features.
  • Consider basic underwriting issues.
  • Review Chubb Executive Protection Policy.
